我可以用甚麼門票兌換ArtFun？

 

 

 

 

你可以以兌換日期前90日內的香港藝術節目門票兌換相應ArtFun。用戶若上載多於一張單一節目的相同時段門票將視為重覆上載資料，單一節目不同時段的門票不在此限。

 

 

 

ArtFun可否轉讓或轉贈？ 可否兌換現金？

 

 

 

 

ArtFun 不可轉讓、轉贈或兌換現金。

 

 

 

ArtFun 有沒有使用期限？

 

 

 

 

在一個日曆年度內累積的ArtFun積分的到期日為隔年的12月31日。任何未使用的ArtFun積分，若未兌換獎賞或用於其他用途，將在此日期後失效。

 

 

 

What is ArtFun?

 

 

 

 

ArtFun is a points system within the 1M1A app that members can accumulate by scanning QR codes provided by 1M1A at art events or by uploading verified ticket images. These accumulated ArtFun points can then be used within a specified validity period to redeem rewards offered by 1M1A.

 

 

 

How to use ArtFun?

 

 

 

 

Go to the “Rewards” page, select the coupon you want to redeem, make sure you have enough ArtFun, and click “Redeem with XX ArtFun.”

 

 

 

How to collect ArtFun?

 

 

 

 

If there is 1M1A counter in the event:

 

 

 

 

 

Just follow these simple steps:

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Log in to your member’s account using the “1M1A” mobile app
  2. Go to 1M1A counter and show you ticket to our staff
  3. Press the “Scan” button at the bottom of our app, then choose “Scan QR code”
  4. Scan the QR code our staff provided
  5. The ArtFun will show in your app in few minutes

 

 

 

 

If there is no 1M1A counter in the event OR you didn’t have time to scan in the event:

 

 

 

 

 

Just follow these simple steps:

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Log in to your member’s account using the “1M1A” mobile app
  2. Press the “Scan” button at the bottom of our app, then choose “Scan Ticket”
  3. Take a picture of the ticket OR choose from your album
  4. Type in the “Event Name”, “Event Date” and “Event Time”, then press confirm.
  5. The ArtFun will show in your app after confirming the scanned ticket data.

 

 

What ticket can I use to collect ArtFun?

 

 

 

 

You can collect ArtFun with any Hong Kong art event ticket which is not older than 90 days from the date you upload to 1M1A. The tickets from the same session of the same event will be considered a duplicate ticket, but if the ticket is from a different session of the same event, it will still count as a valid ticket.

 

 

 

Is ArtFun transferable or donated?

 

 

 

 

ArtFun is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash.

 

 

 

Is there any expiry date for ArtFun?

 

 

 

 

The expiration date for accumulated Art Fun points within a calendar year is December 31 of the following year. Any unused Art Fun points not redeemed for rewards or used for other purposes will expire after this date.

如何使用優惠券？

 

 

 

 

i. 告知合作商戶的工作人員您想使用 1M1A 優惠券。

 

 

 

 

 

ii. 透過「1M1A」手機應用程式登入您的會員帳戶。

 

 

 

 

 

iii. 前往「獎賞」部分，選擇你已換領的合作商戶優惠券，系統將顯示一個二維碼。

 

 

 

 

 

iv. 將生成的二維碼展示給參與合作商戶的工作人員進行掃描。

 

 

 

 

 

v. 成功掃描後，已使用的優惠券將顯示為「已使用」。

 

 

 

How to Redeem Coupons:

 

 

 

 

Just follow these simple steps:

 

 

 

 

 

i. Let the staff at our partner merchants know that you’d like to redeem a 1M1A coupon.

 

 

 

 

 

ii. Log in to your member’s account using the “1M1A” mobile app.

 

 

 

 

 

iii. Navigate to the “Rewards” section and select the coupon from a partner merchant that you have already redeemed. The system will display a QR code.

 

 

 

 

 

iv. Show the generated QR code to the staff at the participating partner merchant for scanning.

 

 

 

 

 

v. Once successfully scanned, the used coupon will be marked as “Used.”
